“ Let me start off by saying that if you’re considering going to Amuse, just go. If you live locally, go and you’ll find a new go-to spot in town that actually has convenient parking and doesn’t leave you wrestling with people on Kalakaua. If you’re visiting, go and enjoy great food near the primary tourist hubs while experiencing a genuinely one-of-a-kind dining experience that will make your trip that much more memorable. If you’re able to stop by Amuse Wine Bar, you’re in for a great meal, excellent drinks and unbeatable service. If you have the excellent luck of having Haley as your bartender and server, then your whole experience will be further elevated. While I’ve come to expect a lot from Amuse based on the consistently high quality, Haley’s service and expertise took that expectation up another notch. Amuse has excellently curated dishes- especially the appetizers and desserts. If I had to choose just one dish to live on for the rest of my life, the fried brussel sprouts would immediately come to mind! If that’s not enough, the desserts featured here are the quality, appearance and taste of what you’d expect to see in a culinary arts textbook or on competitive patisserie shows. Pastry chef Cainan Sabey has a great array, and Amuse serves their creations in generous portions at fair prices for what you’re getting. Haley was able to describe every dish and drink in precise detail and was even able to paraphrase and further elaborate so that I could pair exactly what I wanted among the various drinks and dishes. I’ve been to Amuse a few times over the years and I can’t stress enough how great it is to have a reliable go-to spot in Waikiki that has great atmosphere and excellent food and drink every single time. Haley was kind, gracious, knowledgeable and professional- if she serves you, trust her judgement and recommendations. She won’t let you down! If you’re wanting to get 5 star service and 5 star quality without completely compromising your wallet, definitely head to Amuse. I can’t stress that enough. ”
“ We had an AMAZING server that made our girls night out the phenomenal! The entire staff was "all hands on deck" which was great to see and we were never lacking anything. We got drinks, appetizers, meals AND dessert.... everything was delicious. Smaller portions, so don't go there starving, but it was a great change from greasy foods you normally get at restaurants. Quiet atmosphere and such fun decor. ”
“ Very beautiful and elegant venue, wine cards are 2 and the first time purchase is a minimum of 20 to put on the card but you keep the card and can put a smaller amount after that. The live music was wonderful. The entrance is kind of hard to locate from the street after the furniture store Inspire is closed, best way is to go in the the parking garage entrance. ”

“ Perfect for date night, a night out with friends, or just sitting at the bar solo! The art work throughout the restaurant sets a sexy vibe. The wine dispensers are still under maintenance due to not being functional during Covid restrictions, but they've mitigated with several types of wine flights and the service is impeccable! The food was delicious. Brussel sprouts are a must, and if you like escargot, you have to try their version! Repeat guests...and we will be back! ”
“ Have been here for a evening out and my birthday . I absolutely love the atmosphere and setting, spacious for a wine bar ,great areas to take picz patio area, event space, and good wine. They could have more food options but we were in the wine bar and not the restaurant connected to it! I have have 80% if the appetizers menu and new your steak and not one th8ng was disappointing! A go to place as a regular now!!!! ”
“ We were introduced by our friend who lives in the neighborhood, the wines are good and the drink menu is actually pretty extensive, they not only have wines, but beers, cocktails and stronger stuff. Food menu is quite nice and happy hour has some pretty good deals. I enjoyed playing with the self serve wine machines, and tried a couple of interesting whites and reds. ”
“ This place is a really neat experience! The happy hour is a good deal, you get a 50 wine card for 30. You can dispense samples or full glasses at some of the kiosks. The food is just small appetizers, but it was good. Some of the wine bottles are hard to read though, so I was just guessing at what I was getting. I'd go back, it was a fun time! ”
